Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.
Prepare the Bike
Ensure the bike is clean and folded securely; it must be returned in its original packaging with all included tools, pedals, and manuals to qualify for a full refund.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt for your records.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the bike for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
